Things that had to stay: the horizontal shiplap accent wall and reclaimed wood ceiling — so we designed around them. We layered in texture, warm earth tones, modern organic decor, and a statement light fixture to create a cozy, elevated dining room makeover. Swipe for the before 🪄

That time a client asked if we could turn their unfinished basement into a steampunk speakeasy and for it to ALLLLLLL be dark. It’s not everyday you get that kind of request. And the trust they had, was unbelievable. They were so chill the whole way through and loved the design from the start✨

The dreaded stain selection process 😅

What started as “just a refresh”… turned into a full main-level transformation.
The original home felt dark, overdone, and awkwardly laid out—with mismatched windows and arches that disrupted the flow. We ended up reworking every corner, addressing both the structure and the aesthetic to create something that finally feels cohesive.
Now, the space is light, airy, and intentional. Clean lines, thoughtful built-ins, and a balanced mix of textures bring warmth without the heaviness. Strategic color choices in this open concept help define each area while still keeping everything connected.
Proof that sometimes a “refresh” is really an opportunity to completely reimagine how a home lives and feels.
