These are a brown butter chocolate chip cookie with a pistachio butter center and pistachios incorporated into the dough. So. Freaking. Good. Will definitely be making these again 😍

The amount of glitter on this cake 😅 you can see it especially on the cherries and ribbons hahaha. I will probably be finding edible glitter in my entire kitchen for the rest of my life. No complaints 🤣

Have you ever had a lemon basil cake before?

Well, you’re looking at one. I added finely chopped basil to the cake batter, then infused my homemade lemon curd with basil for 48 hours. I made a blackberry syrup and swirled it through the lemon curd in each layer. And topped it with fresh blackberries, lemon slices, and dripped some of that curd on the side.

It was also gluten free & corn free. Never done corn free but we worked it out 😅 watch to see their reactions haha.
