It’s our birthday!!!! 🎂Today, Vacay with Janay officially turns 1 years old!👶🏾 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has believed in this company and has helped us to expand our knowledge of traveler’s needs, business management and marketing.

As we are currently closed for remodeling, the continued love, support, and spread of the company is highly appreciated . We will continue to move toward our goal of a one stop shop for all your vacation needs.

Once upon a time, there was a young entrepreneur who dreamed of owning her very own vacation store. Her name was Nakita "Janay" Freeman and she loved to travel and create new experiences throughout the year. Since she was a traveler herself, she understood the hassle that came along with shopping for a trip. She made a business plan targeting individuals who love to travel, but don't necessarily have the time to scour multiple stores for essentials.

For months, Nakita attended online business seminars, searched for vendors, and ran ideas by friends and family. She was diligent in expanding her knowledge on business management, licensing, and the wholesale market. She asked for feedback on ideas and charged her youngest sister, Ty-kiera, with picking the company's name.

Her life was tragically shortened before she was able to see her vision of a vacation store come to pass. To continue her dream, Vacay with Janay, LLC was established by Ty-kiera Freeman.
