A lot of learning and constant growing everyday. We didn’t walk away with any properties this time around. But it was a beautiful day to be out.

Another day in the field. Had to bring the little one because a moms job never stops. We are soo close to being done with one of our properties. The appliances came yesterday. We are making a checklist of countless touch ups needed around the house. We also lost electricity in the tropical storm that blew through ATL. What a week.

Grass for days. This work is not pretty. I love how easy HGTV makes everything look. It’s literally a 24/7 business. Hire the right folks, stay organized, get your finances in order, negotiate, deal with all the BS that will pop up, make sure your project is going to plan, non stop research, sourcing materials..... should I keep going? You guys asked for more transparency and keeping it real. 99% of y’all will never do anything related to your idea, business, or even furthering your skill set for a raise. You don’t want to spend days mowing 20 lawns to save yourself $1500 every 2 weeks($60-75 per cut). 3k each month.... I can put that towards a Lambo? Scroll for the transition from blah 😑 to beautiful! It’s all about curb appeal. Rockcliff is gorgeous but we needed to improve the roadside appeal and these Cyprus Shrubs did the trick. We RE took the pictures from the front and back and we now have showings everyday! Look closely and you can see the crazy cat ladies cats watching the work get done. @ ATL-Atlanta,Ga
