Yes… that’s ONE piece of tile.

These 63” x 122” porcelain panels were imported from Spain, and installing them is a completely different process than your typical tile.

With panels this large, the installation is actually the quick part. The prep is where the time goes. Making sure the walls are flat, planning every cut and pe*******on, laying everything out, handling the panels safely, and making sure everything is right before a piece ever touches the wall.

The payoff? Fewer grout lines, a clean modern look, and some seriously impressive shower walls.

Demo day on this basement bathroom!

This bathroom is getting a complete overhaul. We are taking it from dark and dated to a bright, modern space that’s going to look completely different when we’re finished.

Before every demo, we protect the surrounding floors and completely sealed off the work area. We’re also running a HEPA air scrubber during demolition to help contain dust and keep the rest of the home as clean as possible.

A tighter home isn't just more comfortable. It's harder for water, air, and bugs to find their way in. Some of the most important details of a project are completely hidden by the time we're finished.

On this addition, we used a properly detailed ZIP System air and water barrier, carefully flashed and sealed every window opening, and sealed beneath the exterior walls where the framing meets the concrete.

Why spend the extra time on details that will eventually be covered up?

Because uncontrolled air gaps aren't just a source of drafts and energy loss. They're also pathways for moisture and pests. A well sealed home doesn't just help with comfort and efficiency. It also helps keep water and unwanted pests where they belong, outside.

We want our projects to perform just as well years from now as they did the day we finished them. That means using quality materials, proven building techniques, and paying attention to the details that most people will never see.

Whether we're building an addition or remodeling a bathroom, kitchen, or basement, the goal stays the same.

What was once a hallway closet is now a fully functional half bath!

This project involved much more than just adding fixtures. We removed the existing flooring, cut and excavated the concrete slab, roughed in all new plumbing, and then put everything back together with new flooring, trim, paint, and finishes for a seamless result.

It's a great example of how unused space can be transformed into something that's both practical and adds value to your home.

This bathroom started as a standard builder grade tub/shower with limited functionality and very little wow factor. After working with the homeowners to rethink the space, we transformed it into a bathroom that looks larger, feels more luxurious, and functions much better.

One of my favorite parts of this project came from a change order during construction. Instead of simply removing the tub, we utilized the existing bump-out to create a full-width shower bench while still maintaining a spacious walk-in shower. It made a huge difference in both comfort and usability without sacrificing shower space.

Some of the highlights include:

-Large-format porcelain tile for a clean, modern look with minimal grout lines.
-Custom LED backlit shower niche that serves as both a statement piece and practical storage.
-Frameless glass enclosure to keep the room feeling open and bright.
-Full-width tiled bench integrated into the design.
-New plumbing fixtures with a handheld shower for added versatility.
-Pebble shower floor for texture, drainage, and a spa-like finish.

Even with all of these upgrades, the remodel itself was completed in just two weeks from demolition to final completion (excluding the custom glass lead time). We know having your home under construction is disruptive, so keeping projects on schedule is just as important to us as delivering a quality finished product.

It's amazing how much potential can be hidden inside a builder grade bathroom when you start looking beyond the original layout.

That's why turning unused space into a bathroom can be one of the best investments a homeowner makes.

We're currently converting an oversized closet into a new half bath, which means cutting concrete, installing new drain lines, running water supplies, roughing in electrical, and rebuilding everything from the ground up.

With all the rain we have been getting lately, this is exactly why proper foundation waterproofing matters.

Most water problems don’t start overnight, they build slowly over time from shortcuts hidden behind the walls and below grade.

On this project we installed:
• PolyWall waterproofing membrane
• Delta-MS drainage board
• A true French drain system wrapped in filter fabric with washed stone

The goal isn’t just to “pass inspection.” It’s building a system designed to manage water correctly and protect the home long term.

A lot of what makes a home last is the work you’ll never see once the project is complete.

Crazy how much the feel of a staircase changes from just a 1/4” difference in rise or run. The math matters more than people think.

This project completely updated the space into a functional and high-end extension of the home. We installed new flooring throughout, completed a full paint refresh, added a brand-new kitchen with custom cabinetry, and even built a few custom cabinet doors to create a seamless finished look tailored specifically to the space.

The bathroom also received a major upgrade with a custom tile surround and new vanity installation to bring everything together with a clean, modern feel.

From the finishes to the fine details, this basement was built to feel less like a basement and more like a true living space.
