2nd renovation is complete!What a way to bring in the New Year! Blessings! This home has a new roof, HVAC, windows, flooring, ceiling fans/light fixtures, new paint inside and out and more! All new stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets and countertops and as a bonus Barnes Divine Homes (BDH) has included a washer/dryer! This home was renovated with our future tenant in mind!

And even more it’s already rented! Acquired and flipped all under 6-months!
