Just wanted to make a quick post about our absense this year. Maggie has been having a lot of health issues and was hospitalized a couple of times earlier this year and is getting ready to begin radiation treatment in a couple of weeks. Don has been mostly working on smaller jobs and taking care of her. We are still in business and still ready to help you build your dream home. Maggie does most of our social media and website work and has just not been up to it. Hopefully, we can have new projects to share with you soon.

The state of Georgia will be changing the electrical code requirements as of January 1, 2025. All new construction will then be required to have much more expensive arc fault and GFI breakers and protections. If you are planning to build soon, you probably will want to pull your permits BEFORE the end of the year, or your project will automatically increase by several thousand dollars.
