FARM TOURS
Indigo Learning Farms is a 1.8 1.8-acre educational Farming site/Nature preserve. UGA-Extension Certified Journeyman Farmer here on the West Side of Atlanta to educate and beautify my community surroundings.
Cultivating on an Illegal Dumpsite turned into an Urban Farm/Nature Preserve.

We’d love for you to come visit!

Hiking Trail clean-ups/birdhouse cleaning up
Private Classes (request)

We offer tour service to students 4 and up (Pre-K through 8th grade).
Fees: Farm tour $10 per student; Farming Workshop $20 per student.

If you are finding yourself with some unwanted scrap food, boxes, gardening, or shop tools as the time comes around, please consider donating them to Indigo Learning Nature Preserve to help us build infrastructure and get ready to put veggies and perennials in the ground this upcoming season. The Food Forestry generously serves as a drop-off site and will accept donations.

Specifically, we are looking for the following:

Boxes
Newspaper
Wheelbarrow
Shovels
Rakes
Hoes
Pitchforks
Coolers
Kneeling pads
Gloves
Shop Hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, etc)
Orchard tools (pruners, loppers, etc)

…and any other tools that might come in handy in construction and food production.
*Rain Barrel kits
*Metal Trash Cans with Lids


Donation times are Mondays and Thursdays 10-4 pm.

Your local Nature Preserve is back, and ready to flourish beyond imagination.

We are about to end / start the year off right by cleaning up, organizing and making space for the new and the old to continue to grow strong.

for our Community Meet up/ Clean up🗣🗣

(Water & Snacks will be provided)

We will be cleaning up , and sharing ideas 💡 on how our community farm could be better.
