Before and after oven front control panel replacement. As a Realtor who offers handywoman services, if I notice something in disrepair, I get it fixed. Maintenance is an extremely important thing to upkeep with your home. There is a huge difference between maintenance upkeep, and never doing it or doing it with an inexpensive, unlicensed or uninsured contractor.
Home maintenance can sometimes be costly but when it’s time to sell and you haven’t done it, it could cost you thousands upon thousands more. Simple fixes like this make a home shine and look well taken care of.

Opening up a wall for more light and a better flow. Since this is a load bearing wall, it will require a beam/stronger header in order to open it up and remove the existing wall studs. The key to success is always protecting the floors and having your shop dogs with you!

As a Realtor, I offer my discounted services specifically to my clients who hire me to sell their homes. We had an issue with termite damage that was discovered during the pre-home sale inspection. I was able to open the wall up, remove the damaged wall studs, then replace with new wood and rewire electrical.
