Indoor air quality is one of the most neglected areas in our HVAC INDUSTRY. The Quality of the air inside our homes sometimes directly effect our health. UV lights also known as Germicidal lights are very helpful in killing bacteria. These same lights are used in the healthcare and nail salon industries to sterilize tools. Speak with a Professional HVAC Provider to see if your home qualifies for one of these. Be careful though because while anybody can and will sale you a UV light, there are a lot of variables that must be considered for this expensive investment into your health for it to be effective.

If your hvac system is not working properly, TURN IT OFF until a reputable, licensed and insured company can check it out or you will possibly damage other major components in your system. (ie you have thermostat is set to 75 and it's blowing cold air)

: If you read any Commerical Lease, they more than likely state that the Tenant is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of All HVAC EQUIPMENT and when the lease is up the tenant MUST LEAVE IT. So if you take it, it’s called THEFT if the Building Owner decides to prosecute.
