We are excited to present the complete remodel of our client's home!
What began as an 865-square-foot master suite addition transformed into a full house remodel halfway through the project.
The dining and family room ceilings were removed and converted into a vaulted space featuring custom-built beams, cherry wall paneling, and maple ceilings.
The kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinetry, appliances, and a thin brick floor.
The piano room, which now has a new fireplace, windows, and a French door leading to the deck, was once the master suite on the main floor. Flanking the entrance to the piano room are repurposed sidelights from the old front door.
The front door was repurposed into a barn door for the laundry room. This laundry space includes a built-in panel-ready fridge, a hidden side-by-side washer and dryer, a hammered copper sink, and ample storage with custom-made hemlock beams.
The new master suite features a fireplace and a covered deck with gas lanterns overlooking the lake. More custom hemlock beams were created and uplighted for a dramatic ceiling effect. The master bath includes a tub for two, outfitted with a 90-year-old faucet from the clients' parents' home. Additionally, tiles imported from Italy complete the overall design. The closet doors and the entrance doors to the master bedroom were repurposed from the clients' previous home.
Stay tuned for pictures of the exterior!
