We do all types of home repair and maintenance from small to medium size projects, such as, interior and exterior painting, wood rot repair, deck staining, aging in place. We offer our services in the following areas: Lake Lanier, Forsyth County, Daws

on County, North Fulton County, Gwinnett County and Cherokee County. At K.L.Croft Contracting we strive to provide high quality work and remain budget friendly. We believe in giving a quote, keeping to that quote and not charging a lot of extras at the end of the job. We have over 30 years experience in the construction trades with satisfied customers in Atlanta, Charlotte, Kansas City and Washington D.C. area in the mid-1980's and relocated to Atlanta in 2006. Since moving to the Atlanta area we have done work with many realtors, homeowners, investors and some commercial contractors, with whom we are building long term relationships. We also provide service for a national warranty company based in Northern Virginia, with whom we maintain one of the highest customer satisfaction rates.
