Designing Dreams is a non-profit created by Allison Havill Todd, established to re-do a room for an individual / family in emotional or physical crisis or an organization that serves them. We design all our projects in Revit BIM software, detailing at a minimum to level 3 standards. BIM (Building Information Modeling) allows for a fully discipline integrated 3-Dimensional project file that is always up-to-date.

It is an honor to preserve the memory of those who have given their lives in the line of duty by designing a memorial that will encourage reflection upon these brave men and women for their dedication to the safety of Douglas County. This memorial, which will be located prominently on the grounds of the Douglas County Courthouse, will provide a peaceful and contemplative space nestled alongside a gently-rolling hill. Under a protective canopy of rustling leaves, the space shall serve as a lasting tribute to the bravery of Douglas County's heroes. The Douglas County Public Safety Memorial will forever commemorate all public safety officials who have lost their lives in the line of duty, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, and jail and correctional officers.
