About KRA:
At Kevin Rosser & Associates, we’re students of history. Studying the history of classical architecture over the centuries has taught us that certain proportions, shapes, and elements are aesthetically beautiful. Classical architecture is timeless and isn’t limited to any particular style. These are the lessons that influence our designs. We believe historical precedents, attention to d
etail and proper use of materials contribute to great architecture. Our goal is not to put our thumbprint on your home, but to make it a timeless and beautiful work of art you’re proud to call home. Like classical music, classical architecture has stood the test of time. History:

We have the expertise to ensure your dream home is realized – not just on paper. Design Process:
Before we begin designing your home, we spend time with you to learn your wants and needs. We review your building site, its local & regional surroundings and community guidelines. We then review historical precedents for an appropriate style home. This is our approach whether we’re designing a single, custom home or an entire community. The design begins with ideas. As we begin putting ideas on paper in the form of sketches, the home begins to take shape. During design development, sketches become more elaborate designs as refinements are made. The design will include a site plan, floor plans and exterior elevations as well as interior millwork design with the fully detailed completed construction documents. This is a process we call Whole House Design – we design the whole house. This detailed approach leaves nothing to misinterpretation and ensures a smoother construction experience. All visual elements will flow together with proper continuity because everything you see in the design is there for a reason . Quality:
Quality is Kevin's highest priority. Having a background in home building, he has supervised the construction of homes from 1,500 to 25,000 square feet. He firmly believes a designer should never design something that he or she cannot explain how to build. With this philosophy, he has earned a reputation for high quality design work. Homes designed by KRA are subjected to several quality control checks at various stages of completion from both design and technical viewpoints. We ensure the original design is carried through to the completed construction documents. We also verify the accuracy and consistency of all drawings.
