Craters Incorporated CraTerS Incorporated is a design, real estate and hospitality venture owned by Craig and Teresa Sell Welcome to CraTerS Incorporated!

During their fifteen year marriage, Owners Craig and Teresa Sellman enjoyed travel in the United States and Europe and had the opportunity to live in London for three years prior to taking up residence in North Carolina. Since their first home, interior design, renovation and entertaining friends and family became passions equal with their love of travel. In 2014 when the time came to turn those p

assions into a business, CraTerS Incorporated was born! Everyone asks what CraTerS stands for, so here you go:

'Cra' for Craig, 'Ter' for Teresa and 'S' for Sellman

Owning the Inn At Glen Alpine has allowed Teresa and Craig to evolve all aspects of their business goals, from an extensive renovation and full home re-design to hosting and cooking for their B&B and event guests, all inspired by their travel experiences. From 2018-2020 the Inn had been recognized as the #1 property of 350 in the NC Mountains on Trip Advisor, and in 2019 MSN.com named the Inn At Glen Alpine as the #1 property in all of North Carolina! Craig and Teresa are so thankful to all their guests who shared experiences of their time at the Inn, and look forward to staying in touch with everyone in the future as the CraTers Incorporated business model continues to evolve. Big News For 2020 and Beyond! With a new decade comes new adventures (and a global pandemic), and building on prior home remodel experiences and overwhelmingly positive feedback for the renovation and decor at the Inn, Craig and Teresa are shifting their business from a single location B&B hospitality property to a more diversified portfolio of real estate and design projects. The first property sold was the house in Glen Alpine. Probably the last night we’ll enjoy this view from historic Old Fourth Ward! Thankful for this townhouse rental for our first year in Atlanta while we got to know our new amazing city. We’re moving our belongings into the condo we bought in Midtown across from Piedmont Park on Thursday but it’s not quite ready for Craig, Sheeba and me, so while renovation is finished we’re headed to a short term rental. Stay tuned for some great before and afters 😃
