You wouldn’t recognize this dining room from where we started.

What was once a subdued space with gray walls, a dark blue ceiling, and builder-grade lighting is now a bold, layered reflection of the homeowners’ personalities.

For this Marietta transformation, we introduced rich green textured wallcovering, sculptural lighting, warm brass accents, and thoughtfully curated furnishings to create a dining room that makes an impression from the moment you enter.

The result is more than a beautiful before and after. It’s a space that finally feels like the people who call it home.

One of my favorite stages of every furnishing project is styling. While the larger furnishings establish the framework of a room, it’s often the finishing touches that make a house feel personal. Carefully selected artwork, sculptural accessories, greenery, and coffee table books bring warmth, dimension, and personality without creating unnecessary visual clutter.

The finished result is more than a beautifully furnished home. It’s a place that supports the way he lives, welcomes the people he loves, and offers a sense of comfort every time he walks through the door.

When furnishing a new space, creating a functional layout is the first step, and it is a critical one. We discussed the planned use of this living room with Max and created an arrangement of pieces that would support its function and flow well. Since Max hoped to use this room as an elevated space to relax and entertain guests, a sofa and side chairs arranged for conversation were the best choices.

We selected high quality furnishings that would stand the test of time for Max, creating a space that felt both luxurious and comfortable. A variety of warm, neutral tones, the textured sideboard, live palm, and sheer window panels create an elevated beach vibe, reminiscent of Max’s favorite Miami hotel.

The geometric coffee table and minimal accessories add a contemporary feel to the space, making it feel upscale and intentional. Max now has the perfect space to relax in style with his guests for drinks and conversation after dinner.

The Rest of the Home 💫 The story continues beyond the main living spaces. Each room was considered as part of the whole, with a consistent sense of warmth, texture, and quiet refinement.

The beginning of a project is often about imagining what could be.

For this home, we’ve been thoughtfully considering the floor plan, the way our clients want to live, and the details that will ultimately make the spaces feel personal to them.
Here, we’re sharing a first look at the design through the renderings and material selections presented to our clients. From the overall composition to the individual finishes, each element has been carefully considered before moving into the next phase.

The installation is still to come, but for now, this is the vision.
