L&W Supply was proud to sponsor, clothe, and support the 16 women who were participating in Project Accelerate Metro Detroit through the Build Initiative.

Each year PA participators meet on Fridays in May for 6 weeks with a different local building trades or professional services company hosting a day of learning about the construction industry.

What a great way to spend a Friday afternoon with an amazing group of women!

Come one, come all to our L&W Supply High Performance Tour. We have a BBQ truck, Smoke Ring, as well as an ice cream truck, Treat Dreams, with homemade ice cream! Great Lakes Gypsum & Supply hosted 24 architects from 20 different firms for our AIA presentation class. Architects earned 5 AIA points and 2 LEED points, not to mention priceless knowledge and networking. Keep your ear to the ground for our next AIA day, September for Grand Rapids, and in November for Auburn Hills!
