This basement, now ready to rent apartment, was a very fun and adventurous project! It's very cozy, has good storage, and has a nice open kitchen living room layout. I love the rustic meet's modern feeling of this space! Now fully furnished and awaiting it's next tenant, please contact Mary Beale if you are interested in staying in this warm, private and beautiful space! First post in a while... I need to get better at taking before photos.

This week we finished up fixing some ceilings
In this 1978 town house.

Removing horse hair plaster, new strapping and dry wall. Quite the improvement from the cracked broken ceilings they had.

Moving on to the next one!

My apologies for not posting in a while, we have been busy wrapping up projects before the beginning of this year. And now we are excited to begin our winter projects, and taking on new work this coming spring and summer.

Here is a Hickory hardwood floor we just wrapped up along with Bace board, window and door trim. It was nice to have a warm inside job for the 5 days here.

We tore this apart and got it put back together over the past couple days. Love how it looks all fixed up! Just in time for their family Dogs 14th birthday Celebration. We got all the tools picked up right before guess started arriving, Cut it a little close, but we did it!

Starting off the week strong with finishing up this small moisture damage repair! Luckily the damage was found before it affected any of the framing, and with a little bio side, mold, killer and mold, killing primer for extra precaution this came together rather quickly.Little jobs like this are a nice break in between bigger projects 👍

Even though these storms we’ve been having put a slight dent in the timeframe, these past couple weeks have been full of some great progress!! A big shout out and thank you too Ryan Douglas with Summit Electrical Services LLC for setting up temporary lights and helping to keep the job site safely lit as the day passes on. Also a big thank you Lauren Melanson for her willingness to work late on Fridays, and lend a hand whenever she can. I’ve got a long way to go as a one-man show, but these two people helped these past couple weeks fly by! Next window openings will be cut out and windows and siding will be installed before wrapping around the rest of the house and redoing the sheathing and the siding!

Had my amazing girlfriend Lauren Melanson as a helper last night!! 5’ x 38’ bump out addition almost fully framed in a one 13 hour day, fully tarped over and weather ready by the end of the day in preparation for this storm we are having.
