Water pressure to high ? 💦

4BM knows exactly what to do!

This is a quick PRV install we did a few months ago.
PRV stands for Pressure Regulator Valve.
It simply controls how much pressure can come into your home.

Reasons why this matters :

- The city doesn’t care what the pressure is.
- Some plumbing pipes are only rated for certain pressures. Exceed them and you’ve got busted pipes 😩
- Some appliances such a refrigerators (ice maker water line) and dishwashers have a max pressure limit.

So it’s very important to to know these things to avoid costly plumbing repairs.

How to check your water pressure?

Most hardware stores have a pressure gauge that screws onto your outdoor water spigot.

1 room of carpet. Pad and tax strip was already down.
Was able to get a 15’ x 12’ to cover this room with no seams ! - 📍📌✅

Owners last tenant used a grill a lot under the patio.
Due to this, a section of the soffit had melted.
We replaced the melted piece along with the melted J channel. 📍📌✅

Once it’s pressure washed the patio will look top notch again, and be a perfect spot for relaxation in the evenings and on weekend mornings

New tenants will love the feeling of the new carpet in their master bedroom.
