Got the 1/4 " plywood. overlay done today get ready
kitchen vinyl flooring, then I can start putting the kitchen back together for Joe, sherry she miss her cooking stove. Ha Ha.

Mr. McFadden in Salem, Had a Water leak back in October 30 2019 in their kitchen floor, Damaging floor Insulation and most of the kitchen floor, I had to remove sink cabinet ,I did save the sink cabinet. Had to remove and replace vinyl floor ,I'm still working on it. This was a Insurance job they are very slow, but be late on payment see what happens!

I had to replace 10 Sheets siding and had to remove 2 old Windows and 1 new inswing door and paint new siding.

Owner found a bad stop in there closet had to remove and log of dry rot flooring remove pad and old carpet added new vinyl

Put up one big window awning today, about 3 weeks I added 20 new vinyl window, this lady that had move to Silverton from the city of Portland, she love the the small town. great job DL .
