Come thru hang with some of your favorite Rebel Vendors, experience the library and come be apart of the community for a few hours!

Every desert has an Oasis.

Northwest Aurora may be classified as a “Food Desert,” but when the Rebel Family pulls up… an Oasis appears. 🌴

Sounds corny. But it’s true. Every month, everyday people just like me and you put on their superhero capes to ….harvest crops, 🌾bake breads, 🍞brew coffee, ☕️ or whatever tasks needs to happen to serve this community.

the Rebels then all converge at the same time…or CP time 😂… to transform an empty, soulless, lifeless parking lot into what is known as .

A place that should not exist. But it does. Much like an Oasis.
It takes a lot of effort, cooperation and mutual aid to survive in a harsh environment such as a Desert.

But with superhero’s like the Rebel Family all things are possible. S**t ain’t easy out here and it ain’t for the weak! These vendors have the powers of alchemy, dedication, and service to make this all possible! ✊🏾

We are not perfect. We are not a large market with long lines and fancy s**t. We are a market full of humble servants who understand the assignment and want to serve and help build up this community.

So from Me “an ode to our Rebel Family”…Much love and respect to every vendor who has been a part of and helped grow Rebel Marketplace through out the years. Thank you for your service 🫡

🚨TEACHERS! THIS MARKET IS FOR YOU!
We know you LOVE WHAT YOU DO but the job is tough, challenging, frustrating all the things!…But yall wouldnt be doing this if you knew it’s wasn’t MEANINGFUL WORK. (At least I hope not)
Only the lucky find meaningful work to do. We just have to remember from time to time why we do what we do!
So for all all good teachers out there doing MEANINGFUL WORK this market is for Yall!!
this weekend we take sometime to honor, show some love to our teachers SERVING OUR COMMUNITY AND DAMN NEAR RAISING OUR KIDS!
From free meals to discounts from vendors such as Awakening Cafe Gigi's Sourdough & Sweets Gregory Nelson Meaty Boyz African Caribbean Palate | Denver Craving Dulce providing discounts and special items we got yall this weekend.

Thank you all for hanging in there with us. We are REALLY EXCITED to come back to the library. We have such a fun time.

We may be facing some rain and storms on Wednesday but we are still gonna press to serve our community.

I liiiike ….Hey Kale is cool n all, so is all the other veggies, HOWEVER, veggies ain’t got nothing on Palisade peaches in the Summer. Shoot pretty much anytime out of the year I Pick a peach over kale.

Thank you Forte Fruits and staff for the beautiful fruits this year. We appreciate the business and of course the fruits!

We bring these fruits into our community because we all need to taste and experience fresh, local fruits and veggies.

This fruit goes fast, so come by our Pay What You Can Market: Wednesday night Market at Horgan Library from 6-8pm, or Saturday at Del Mar Park from 9am-1pm.
