We love our Hoyt Lakes bathrooms! ✨
Full bathroom remodel featuring a tub and beautifully tiled surround with sliding glass door, a brand new window replacement and custom aluminum wrapping on the exterior of the window.

From the detailed tile work to the finishing touches, this bathroom got a complete refresh and a brighter feel. We’re so happy with how this one turned out! 🛁🔨

Sorry we haven’t shared in a while what we have been up to but we have been busy.

We are in the middle of multiple big projects along with trying to tackle small job here and there.

This is a bathroom we were a part of in Aurora. Lath and plaster is always fun to demo.

We replaced the old crumbling plaster with new drywall and a little wainscoting accent.

Patched in rotten subfloor, added durarock and waterproofed before we finished with a white mosaic on the floor as our part in this bathroom project.

This one sure was a HUGE transformation ✨🙌

The customer wanted a nice, modern look with a little bit more of a spacious feel, so that’s exactly what we went for 🏡🤍

We ended up deleting the window in the shower and adding a vented fan to maintain proper ventilation 💨✔️

Walk-in tile shower with glass doors to take the place of the old cast iron tub 🚿🪟

Pedestal sink to give the floor space a larger feel, while still having plenty of storage with the new recessed medicine cabinet and shelving in the linen closet 🧼🪞

New flooring to tie it all together 🔥

Pictures just don’t do it justice, it truly is a beautiful piece of work. Very proud to add this one to the portfolio!! 💪✨

New Year New Bathroom✨
Quick little half bath to start the year.
Going into this project we knew the flooring and subfloor was needing to be replaced.
We ended up having to replace not just the subfloor, but a floor joist as well!
To give this bathroom a new look we installed new flooring, baseboard, toilet & a new pedestal sink.🤩

After everyone wrapped up their part of this previously posted project, we headed back out to Voyagers Retreat for the final walkthrough of this full second-floor finish in a new construction home. 🏠✨
So happy we got to be a part of this one! 🙌🔨

Every cloud has a silver lining! ⛅️

When we began this project, we were expecting to only be doing a window replacement and a tile shower surround.

Once we removed the cast tub, we discovered that there was water damage in the floor, which began to work its way into the rest of the bathroom.😳

After discussing the problems with the customer, they gave us the thumbs up to do what we had to do to fix it up right. 👍✅

Of course, finding more problems isn’t fun but having the crew that will get it fixed right is very reassuring. After our customers saw their finished product, they made it very clear they were so happy they went with LaFreniere Renovations.🙂‍↕️
