We started with a patchy front yard and turned into a fresh and purposeful area.

-New Zoysia sod
-Flagstone pathway to make sure we stayed within the pervious coverage percentage
- Re-constructed irrigation system
- Lots of new plants

Creating a functional yet modern space on this project!

- two welded planter boxes, one as a decorative box for future plants and one to raise the entire grass of the back yard area. This required us to backfill and compact this space with over 10 yards of loam!

- all new Zoysia sod

- sub surface drainage attached to all downspouts which drains into the lower catch basin. There will be a LOT of water moving underground and no one will ever notice

Thank you to Trinity Pools for allowing us to get their beautiful pool finished off with some great landscaping.

- 10 30gallon trees and several 3 gallon plants
- Re- construction of multiple irrigation zones
- Landscape lighting on all trees with an automatic controller
- Gravel and mulch combinations throughout
- Turf area for a multi functional space
- New sod in the front that would make you think a pool was never even installed

With new sod comes a lot of prep work! Getting everything ready for tomorrow.

Thank you to The Roz apartment complex in Austin for trusting us to turn your mulched beds into a nice, minimal maintenance decorative gravel space.

The original estimate was for river gravel alone, but we recommended to add a little spice and definition to the area by mixing up the gravels and keeping the trees with mulch. A fun design that looks even better than it did on paper from the initial design phase!
