Exclusively framing on this one — we were contacted by a young, up-and-coming real estate investor to give this home some serious strength.

✅ New 5¼″ × 11¾″ × 26′ PSL basement beam
✅ New 5¼″ × 7¼″ × 12′ PSL basement beam
✅ New 2 x 8 1st story floor joists
✅ Re-framed exterior and interior walls on both stories
✅ New 5¼″ × 14″ × 26′ PSL ridge beam

We also pulled in that gable wall 2 1/2” to get leveled out.

Last week we made some good progress finishing up some interior alterations on the opposite side of the addition. Framed in a new window. Installed 3 1/2 thick LVL and re-frame dining room ceiling to hold new HVAC. We also opened up the bedroom wall and dropped a small set of stairs into the attic.

This week the masons will be laying block. We will be installing 25’ LVL rafter’s for 2 skylights. We will be continuing demolition on 2nd story to open up and enlarge the master bath as well as adding a laundry room on the 2nd story! Next week we will remove the garage and open up portions of the exterior so the framers can tie it all in 🤟🏼🔥

We have been blessed and extremely fortunate to be able to share the news that we will be beginning a new addition/add a level in Edison NJ.

This project is a big one. This one will be an expansion with an add a level. We will be adding 3 gable over frames. We will be installation new siding and roof on this home. We will install a new patio and asphalt driveway. We will replace 1 HVAC system and installl a new one for the addition. We will install brand new floors through this entire home. We will add a shower to a guest bath, we will expand and remodel master bath.

Before we do all of that, we will start with some major interior alterations, changing the look and feel of this entire home.

On Thursday we began to remove dining room and living room ceilings to accommodate a vaulted style ceiling and a the load of a new HVAC system that will be placed in the attic.

We are excited to continue working on this project with excavation of the foundation starting on Monday. We will be sure to keep you updated with more photos!!

Exciting New Project in Stanhope, NJ!

We’re thrilled to share another successful project, thanks to a referral! These wonderful clients recently purchased their new home and moved in on Friday. Despite the hustle of settling into their space, they generously allowed us to dive right in and transform their basement.

Here’s what we accomplished:
• Framed a new bedroom complete with a closet for added functionality.
• Reconfigured the space by removing a door to an existing bedroom and creating an open hallway.
• Brought in our trusted electrician to install:
• New receptacles,
• Recessed lighting,
• Three smoke alarms for enhanced safety.
• Soundproofing: Insulated the interior walls to reduce noise transfer.
• Installed green/purple mold-resistant sheetrock to ensure durability and resistance to moisture.

We’re proud to deliver quality craftsmanship and keep our promise to complete the project quickly for these new homeowners.
