Hicks Home Renovations is offering a $100 referral reward to anyone who recommends someone we hire who remains employed with us for at least 60 days.

We’re looking for dependable people who:

* Show up consistently and on time
* Work hard and take direction
* Care about doing quality work
* Have reliable transportation
* Want an opportunity to grow with a growing company

Construction or remodeling experience is preferred, but reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

To qualify, the applicant must give us your name when they apply. The $100 referral reward will be paid after they complete 60 days of employment. Only one referral reward will be paid per hire.

This was an unexpected surprise!

Thank you to everyone who voted for Hicks Home Renovations for Best Remodeling Company. I honestly didn’t even know we were entered, which makes this mean that much more. I’m extremely thankful for the support we continue to receive from the communities we serve.

I’ve definitely been behind on creating content this year. In my business, “no news is usually good news”—but apparently that doesn’t work quite as well on Facebook. 😂

This year has been incredible. By around May, we already had enough projects lined up to keep us busy for the rest of the year. I’ve had to turn down a lot of opportunities simply because we didn’t have the capacity to take everything on.

We’re working hard to change that and grow to meet the demand. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, though. Finding the right people who want to be part of something that’s growing faster than we ever expected has probably been one of our biggest challenges.

If you or someone you know is interested in coming on board as an employee, subcontractor, vendor, or another trade/business we can work alongside, I’m always interested in meeting new people and seeing how we may be able to help each other grow.

It’s crazy to think about how much this business has changed in just 2½ years. It started with me doing everything myself. Today, there are a lot of people involved who rely on these companies and each other to succeed. That brings a completely different level of responsibility, and I’m grateful for every person who has helped us get here.

We still have a lot of growing to do, and we’re nowhere near finished.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who voted, hired us, recommended us, worked with us, or supported us along the way.

I truly appreciate it, and I’m happy to continue serving our communities!
