🏠 A BIG ROOF TRANSFORMATION! 🏠

We’ve definitely been putting in the work this week, trying to stay ahead of this heat wave while tackling a big project from the top down! ☀️🔨

This roof went through quite the transformation. We removed the old tin roofing and replaced it with brand-new shingles, while also replacing all of the old boards underneath to give the roof a fresh, solid foundation.

But we didn’t stop there! We also rebuilt the lean-to, giving this area a much-needed refresh and making sure everything came together properly with the new roof. It was a lot of work, a lot of long days, and definitely a few hot ones—but seeing the finished project makes every bit of it worth it!

We are very thankful we were able to take on this project, get it completed, and most importantly, leave another customer happy with the work we put into their property. ❤️

Projects like this are a great reminder that sometimes a structure doesn’t need to be completely changed—it just needs the right repairs and updates to keep it functional and looking great for years to come.

We’re going to close out this week feeling very thankful for another project completed and another happy customer. ❤️

We hope everyone has a safe and fun-filled Labor Day holiday! 🇺🇸 Next week, we’ll be stepping away from the office to slow down, enjoy some family time, and spend some much-needed time with our daughter, who recently graduated high school. ❤️ We’re looking forward to making some special memories together and enjoying this time as a family.

On September 14th, we’ll be back at it, getting started on the jobs we have on the books and returning all calls, texts, and messages. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we take this little bit of family time.

🔨 Sometimes, It’s the Little Details That Make the Biggest Difference! 🏡

These porch handrails were ready for some attention, and we were glad to give them the care they needed. From the ground up, we took the old handrails off, rebuilt them, and replaced them, making sure everything was sturdy, secure, and ready for everyday use.

After the rebuilding was complete, we finished them off with a fresh coat of paint, giving the porch a clean, refreshed look. We also gave the front shrubs a fresh cut and cleanup, helping tie everything together and complete the look of the front of the home.

We enjoy being able to step in and take care of the details that can sometimes get overlooked. From repairs and rebuilding to those final touches, we take pride in making sure each part of the project is done with care.

Every project is an opportunity for us to meet new people, serve our community, and continue building a business that our family can be proud of. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to trust us with their homes and projects. ❤️

🍂 A Busy Season & So Much to Be Thankful For! 🍂

As we continue moving through another busy season, we just want to take a moment to say thank you! We are incredibly grateful for every customer who has trusted Cortney, Riley, and our family business with projects around their home. Your support, referrals, kind words, and continued confidence in our work mean more to our family than you know. ❤️

Our schedule is continuing to fill, and we are still booking projects throughout the fall and winter months! If you have a project you've been putting off, now is a great time to reach out and get on the schedule. We truly enjoy the variety of work that comes our way and the opportunity to meet and serve so many wonderful families in our community.

✨ CHECK OUT THIS BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION! ✨

We were able to help another customer transform the area underneath their back deck and make some much-needed improvements! We leveled out the ground underneath the deck and built a retaining wall to help create a more functional and finished space.

We also added additional support to the existing underpinning boards, giving the area added strength and stability. We relocated the guttering along the deck boards, allowing us to hide the piping. We then connected the gutter downspout to the existing ground piping to help direct rainwater away from the home and deck area. 🌧️

We finished up this project by adding w**d fabric to help keep the area looking clean and maintained, then tied everything together with the finishing touch of matching slate chips to complement the existing landscape. The small details really helped bring the entire transformation together! 🪨✨

Another project completed, another space improved, and most importantly, another happy customer! We are so thankful for every opportunity we have to serve our customers and put our skills to work. ❤️

We’re grateful to have completed another job this week and are looking forward to seeing what the next project brings!

✨ ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED! ✨

Sometimes it’s the smaller details that make the biggest difference! Take a look at this transformation and see how several different repairs and updates came together to give this home a fresh, finished look. 👀🏡

We started by sanding down the front door and screen door and adding a new color, working to tone down that reddish tint as much as possible and give the entryway a cleaner, refreshed appearance.

Next, we turned our attention to the front porch. We worked on the cracks throughout the porch, regrouting those areas and cleaning up the overall appearance. Taking care of these worn areas helped give the porch a more refreshed, finished look while bringing some much-needed attention back to an important part of the home's entryway.

To finish things off, we gave the rock columns a fresh new look. This part of the project was especially meaningful because we were able to help preserve the rocks that have been a part of this family farm for years. Rather than replacing what already had so much history and meaning, we were able to give the columns the care they needed to bring them back to life while preserving a piece of the farm's history. 🪨❤️

It’s always rewarding to see how each individual repair and detail comes together to make a noticeable difference in the overall look and feel of a home. From the front entryway and porch to the historic rock columns, this project was all about giving these areas some much-needed attention while preserving what makes this home special.

We truly appreciate every customer who trusts us to take care of their home and allows us to be a part of these projects. It means even more when we get the opportunity to work on something that holds years of family memories and history.

✨ Another successful week in the books! ✨

Last week we were able to wrap up another project, complete another customer’s vision, and walk away knowing we made another customer happy. Moments like these are exactly why we love what we do — taking ideas, putting in the hard work, and seeing everything come together.

Building trust with our customers is something we strive for with every project we take on. We are so thankful for the trust our customers place in us, and it means so much when we receive those calls back asking us to come help with another project. Knowing they are happy with our work and want us back in their homes is the biggest compliment we could receive.

Now we’re heading into another full week with new projects ahead and plenty of opportunities to keep serving our community. Every job brings something different, and we are so thankful for every opportunity that comes our way.

Most of all, we want to say thank you to our friends, family, and everyone who has supported us along this journey. Your encouragement, shares, recommendations, and trust in our family business mean more than we could ever express.

What started as a vision is becoming a reality, and we are beyond grateful to have the opportunity to build this business, work together as a family, and serve the people around us. ❤️

After an amazing week of revival, our family is back in the office and ready to jump right back into keeping the jobs moving! 🙌 We are so grateful for the time spent with our church family, the memories made, and the opportunity to step away and enjoy that special time together.

We are looking forward to another busy week of serving our customers, tackling new projects, and continuing to help homeowners bring their ideas and visions to life. 🛠️

We hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing 4th of July! We hope you were able to enjoy time with family, friends, and make some great memories. As the holiday is behind us, we're excited to jump back into helping our customers tackle the projects they've been planning all summer.

We've been keeping busy these past couple of weeks with roof repairs, replacing wood rot, reframing doors, and giving homes a fresh new look with painting projects. It's been a productive summer, and we're hitting the ground running with another full schedule this week!

Even though we're staying busy, we're still adding projects to our calendar. If you've been putting off that home repair, remodeling project, or the honey-do list that just keeps getting longer, now is a great time to reach out and reserve your spot.

✨ June has been one busy month, and we wouldn't have it any other way! ✨

From wrapping up a beautiful bathroom remodel to tackling a variety of outdoor projects, June has kept us moving from one job to the next. We completed light grading to level out steep areas of a yard, creating a safer, more functional space while preparing a level area for a new above-ground pool. To finish the transformation, we spread fresh grass seed and hay to encourage healthy new growth. On another project, we pressure-washed the home's foundation before giving it a fresh coat of paint, instantly brightening the exterior and giving it a clean, refreshed look.

We also repaired areas of wood rot on the front of a house and chimney, restoring both the appearance and structural integrity while helping protect the home for years to come.

Every project is different, but our commitment stays the same—providing quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating every home as if it were our own. We're incredibly thankful for the trust our customers continue to place in our family business and for keeping us busy doing what we love.
