If I had a Dream...

It would be a sanctuary for the human spirit.

A working farm—where orphans, the homeless, the elderly, and the dying could live not as outcasts, but as family. A home where every generation has a place, a purpose, and a name.

A place where food is grown from the ground beneath our feet, where no one is hungry, where we steward the land the Creator gave us—free from greed and excess, and without compromise.
Where meals are shared in peace, and no one is forgotten.

There would be:

An orphanage — a safe haven for children to grow in love, discipline, and hope.

A homeless shelter — a launchpad for restoration, healing, and purpose.

An assisted living home — where the aged are honored and not discarded.

A nursing home — filled with compassion, dignity, and presence.

A hospice home — where no one has to die alone, and every breath is sacred.

Together, they would not be separate buildings—but one community.
One family.

Set on a farm—with gardens to tend, animals to care for, land to explore, and horses peacefully grazing as both therapy and delight.
There would be trails to walk, soil to dig, and spaces to pray.
A place for green burial, for returning to the earth in peace.
A place to live, to heal, to rest, and to die—in the presence of love, and the reality of eternity.

All of it would reflect God's creation, God's order, and God’s mercy.
The land would not just feed the body—it would feed the soul.

If I could dream the biggest dream...
It would be this.

A holy place.
A living testimony.
A home—for the least, the last, and the lost.
And for anyone seeking to find their way back to the Creator.

P.S.

And....

A family vacation destination—because no one should have to say goodbye in a sterile room.
There would be cabins, a campground, a lodge, a hotel—so children and grandchildren can visit, stay, and be present.
So families are reunited, not divided. So healing includes shared meals, bonfires, walks in the woods, and laughter echoing down the halls of grace.

This dream is not just about care.
It's about wholeness.

A place to belong. A place to reconnect. A place to live. A place to die. A place to return to our creator.

Shabbat Shalom Dear Friends,

There is a sacred rhythm woven into the very fabric of creation—a day set apart, blessed, and made holy from the very beginning. The Sabbath. The Living God, our Creator, established this day as a time of rest, reflection, and renewal—a precious gift meant to draw us closer to Him.

In a world filled with chaos, distraction, and endless striving, many have forgotten this ancient path. But God’s call to honor the Sabbath remains steadfast—He declares it to be a sign forever, a covenant between Him and His people. The Sabbath was not just for ancient Israel; it is a lasting promise for all who seek to follow the Lamb of God.

Today, I invite you to pause and reflect. Consider how this holy day was created at the dawn of time, marked by God Himself as a day of rest after His work of creation. Through the Sabbath, we remember our identity as His beloved, not defined by our labor but by His love and grace.

Returning to the Sabbath is not about rules and rituals—it is about relationship. It is about resting in His presence, delighting in His creation, and realigning our hearts with His eternal truth. It is an invitation to come back to the simplicity and purity of worship, where we acknowledge that He alone is the source of life, strength, peace and unconditional love.

Let us turn our hearts back to the original ways of the Living God. Let us honor the Sabbath as a joyful celebration of His faithfulness and His everlasting covenant. As we gather, worship, and rest, we declare our desire to walk in His ways, to remember His works, and to prepare our hearts for the day when we will dwell with Him forever.

Join us on this journey of rediscovery. Together, let us seek the old paths, the ways of truth and life, and return to the heart of worship—honoring our Creator through the Sabbath.

He calls us to be with him on this holy day. Join me in his rest.

With grace and peace,

A 5 minute Bible Study - God is showing us how to have a relationship with him. When I read these scriptures for myself it resonated with my soul and I believe the Sabbath IS the foundational cornerstone to a personal relationship with him.

Grab your bible and read for yourselves.

Genesis 2:1-3 (The Establishment of Sabbath at the End of The Creation)

Exodus 16:23-30 (Sabbath Instruction with Manna)

Exodus 20:8-11 (The Fourth Commandment)

Leviticus 23:3 (Holy Convocation)

Deuteronomy 5:12-15 (The Sabbath Command Restated)

The key points are:

Completion of Creation: God finished His work on the sixth day.

Rest on the Seventh Day: God ceased from His creative activities, marking a divine rest.

Sanctification of the Day: God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, setting it apart from the other six days.

Thus, the Sabbath was indeed established at the end of creation as a divine ordinance for rest and reflection, modeled by God Himself.

In today’s world, returning to the Lord can feel like a daunting journey. We are constantly bombarded by distractions—social media, busy schedules, and a culture that often prioritizes self over surrender. The pressures to conform, succeed, and achieve can drown out the quiet call of our Creator, who longs for our hearts to be still and listen.

Sometimes, we may feel ashamed of how far we have drifted or worry that our mistakes are too great to be forgiven. The enemy uses guilt and fear to make us believe we are unworthy of God’s love. Yet, our God is not distant or angry; He is the loving Father waiting with open arms, calling us back to His grace.

A Call to Repentance

Returning to the Lord requires humility and honesty. It is about acknowledging our sins and seeking forgiveness through genuine repentance. Scripture reminds us that, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9, ESV).

God’s mercy is not a limited resource; it overflows with compassion for those who seek Him. Repentance is not just about admitting wrong but turning our lives toward God—choosing His ways over ours and allowing His Spirit to transform us. It means letting go of our pride, our fears, and our past, and embracing the new life He offers.

Prayer of Repentance and Renewal

Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a heart burdened by the weight of my sins and my wandering ways. I confess that I have strayed from Your path, choosing my desires over Your will. Forgive me, Lord, for the times I ignored Your call and chose the world over Your Word.

Today, I choose to turn back to You. Cleanse me, restore me, and renew my spirit. Help me to walk humbly, to seek Your guidance, and to live a life that honors You. Fill my heart with a longing to know You more and to serve You faithfully.

Thank You for Your unending grace and for always welcoming me back. I trust in Your mercy and believe in the power of Your forgiveness. Lead me, Father, into the fullness of Your love, and help me to never stray again.

In the name of our Messiah, the Lamb of God, I pray. Amen.

Shabbat Shalom!

Today at 9:05 am on Sabbath May 10th, 2025 we experienced an earthquake in the South East. The experience gave me a sense of urgency to keep pressing on with my journey not just physical moreover Spiritual Gardening now more than ever!

🌿 Sabbath Devotional: When the Earth Trembles 🌿

Let's Begin with a Prayer:

Heavenly Father, Creator of heaven and earth,
We come to You on this sacred Sabbath,
Seeking Your presence and Your peace.
When the earth trembles beneath our feet,
Remind us that You are our firm foundation.
Open our hearts to hear Your voice,
To feel Your call,
And to draw nearer to You.
In the name of our Messiah,
Amen.

🌱 A Gentle Tremor: The Earth and the Creator

Today, on the Sabbath, I felt the earth tremble beneath me.
It was more than just a moment of surprise.
It was a divine interruption, a reminder that the ground itself belongs to God.

It’s as if the world sighed,
A reminder of both its fragility and its longing
For the return of its Maker.

The Scriptures tell us:

“For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.”
— Romans 8:22

The earth itself waits for restoration.
And in that trembling, I could feel a holy urgency.
A whisper that says, “Wake up, beloved.”
It’s not just about fear or power; it’s about calling us to awareness to remember who holds the earth and our hearts.

🌾 The Garden of Our Hearts

Imagine the garden you’ve been tending.
You prepare the soil, removing rocks and weeds.
You plant seeds, water them, and wait.
But sometimes, a sudden storm comes;
Wind, rain, or even a tremor that shakes the roots.
You rush out, tending to what you’ve planted,
Making sure nothing is uprooted or broken.

In that moment, you remember:
The garden is not truly yours,
It belongs to the Creator.
You’re just the caretaker.

The Sabbath is like that.
A holy pause, a time to tend the garden of our souls.
When the ground beneath us shakes,
It’s an invitation to examine the roots of our faith.
Have we planted ourselves firmly in His Word?
Are we still waiting on Him, even when the world quakes?

🌟 The Messiah’s Call

The Lamb of God, the Messiah, calls us to Himself —
To rest, to trust, and to be prepared.
He said:

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Sometimes, it takes a tremor to remind us to rest in Him.
To stop striving, to stop worrying,
And to remember that He holds both the soil and the seed.
He is the Gardener of our souls,
And when the ground shakes,
He is the one who steadies us.

✨ Reflection:

* Have you been so focused on your own plans
that you forgot who truly holds the garden of your heart?

* Are there areas in your life that need to be *replanted* in God’s truth?

* What tremor — physical or spiritual — is calling you to realign your heart with Him?

Pray with me...

"Lord, You are the Creator of both the stillness and the shaking.
When the earth trembles, remind us that You are our rock.
Teach us to rest in You on this Sabbath,
To be still and know that You are God.
May our hearts, like a well-tended garden,
Be rooted deeply in Your love and truth.
Let every tremor remind us to draw closer,
To turn our eyes back to You,
And to prepare for the day You return
To make all things new."
In the name of our Messiah,
Amen.

Imagine a tiny seed, resting in the soil. Though small and seemingly insignificant, it holds within it the potential for life, beauty, and nourishment. When nurtured with light, water, and care, it grows into something marvelous—a reflection of the Creator’s design.

We are like those seeds. Planted by God with purpose, we are called to grow, to reach for the light, and to bear fruit that blesses others. As I walk this journey of faith, tending to the garden of my heart and the land I steward, I invite you to join me.

My name is Tammi, and my heart is rooted in faith, creativity, and the simple, beautiful life on my small hobby farm. I am on a journey to discover who God created me to be—learning to live authentically, growing through trials and errors, and finding ways to use my passions to uplift and inspire others.

Here at Garden with Tammi, I share stories of life with my horse Sudden Snow, my chickens, and guineafowl, as well as the lessons I learn through gardening, faith, and the simple grace of each day. Through it all, I seek to inspire others to bravely pursue their purpose while staying grounded in the Creator’s truth.

My desire is to build a space where we can grow together—spiritually, emotionally, and practically—finding rest in The Lamb of God and encouragement through community. Whether it’s through sharing devotional thoughts, farm updates, or creative projects, I want this space to be a reminder that you are not alone on this journey.

I experienced my first earthquake today 5/10/2025 at 9:05 am here in North GA. I felt the presence of my Creator and couldn't help but to express what I'm feeling.

🌿 The Gentle Tremor 🌿

The earth stirred beneath me,
A whisper through the roots,
A shiver in the ground,
Like the pulse of a heart
Longing to be known.

Was it fear that quaked?
Or was it love —
A holy murmur,
A sacred shift,
From the One who calls me His?

He shakes the dust,
Rouses the weary soul,
Not with fury
But with tender resolve,
Like a father waking a child
From a dream too long.

Wake up, beloved.
Don’t sleep through the dawn.
Can you feel the breath of heaven
Stirring in the soil,
The quiet rumble of mercy
Calling your name?

The world groans,
But He whispers,
Not to frighten —
But to pull us closer,
To nudge our hearts awake
To the truth we once knew
But have let slumber
Beneath our hurried steps.

Come home,
Come and walk with Me,
Before the shaking becomes
The final song,
Before the earth cries louder
And the morning is gone.

For I, your Maker,
Shake the ground
Not to destroy,
But to call you,
To draw you near,
To remind you
That the ground you walk
Is mine,
And so is your heart.

Can you feel it?
A tremor of grace,
A ripple of love,
A gentle earthquake
Of my longing —
That you, my child,
Would wake,
And come be with Me
Forever.
