As a small local company over the years I've grown I'm up to 10 employees on six trucks and have multiple projects going on at the same time I try to put my hand on every job I do the best to make sure it's up to my standards and above code sometimes you have employees that just want to collect a paycheck and don't take pride in their work when I try to w**d them out as much as possible not saying it's a revolving door but I'm always trying to hire the the best in the trade when I try to educate and qualify your homeowner for the project that he want done sometimes you get investment properties or investors or flippers that fall through the cracks and try to take advantage I have been doing this for a long time I have good work ethics and more than 20 years of experience but I try to take the time and train all of my employees with that being said the last project was an investor the house was already completely demoed I was hired to do the framing and brought my trades in he micro managed me who is drunken neighbor type of work I do I don't punch a clock I have guys in my shop everyday at 8:00 a.m. and we load the trucks and we go out we work when I think that we've accomplished what I wanted to accomplished for today we're done for the day
