Wall Wisdom Month is still going strong! 🛠️
Today we’re talking about Slap Brush texture.
This texture is created by pressing a drywall brush into compound and “slapping” it onto the surface to create a bold, ridged pattern with lots of movement and dimension.
Slap Brush texture is commonly used on ceilings and can help add visual interest while also helping hide minor imperfections.
Because every brush pattern is unique, matching this texture correctly takes skill and attention to detail — especially after a repair.
Stay tuned for one final Wall Wisdom texture spotlight!
