🙊 Whoops! I was so excited to make this mushroom soup. I got the rice noodles, chicken, broth, mushrooms buuuut I bought leeks and it was supposed to be bok choy 🥬

Two totally different flavor profiles. I might try it anyway. Maybe I’ll create a new recipe!?

Do you cook with leeks? If so, what do you make?

Collards are a rarity for me anyway. Plantains I think I had once and then it’s a tie between sweet potatoes and baked beans cause I can deal with both but don’t go out of my way for either😆

How bout you? Which 3 are you ditching?

Trevor came over last night to carve pumpkins, have dinner and watch a sCaRy movie with the fam 😱 (Blair Witch)

I made him one of his favorites! French Onion Soup 🥣. Perfect for this time of year. 😋

Keeping it simple 🍕

If we would have ordered pizza, I guarantee there would’ve been wings and other stuff. Taking this route kept it inexpensive 😆
