✨ Friendly Reminder About Mockup Approvals ✨

When I send a mockup for approval, it’s not just a preview.. it’s the final opportunity for both myself and my client to review every detail before production begins.

As a business owner, I absolutely do my best to check spelling, dates, colors, and design elements. However, I am human, and mistakes can occasionally happen. That’s why mockups are sent for client approval before any materials are cut, painted, printed, or assembled.

Once a mockup has been approved and production has started, any errors that were missed by both parties become a shared responsibility. If a banner or custom item has already been created, a full refund may not be possible because time, labor, and materials have already been invested into the order.

I appreciate every single customer and will always do my best to make things right when issues arise. All I ask is that mockups are reviewed carefully before approval so we can work together to ensure your order is exactly what you want. ❤️
