MR. FIXER-UPPER is now hiring for the following positions.
1. Experienced Handyman.
2. Experienced Remodeler.
3. Remodeling Helper/ general laborer.

• This is a contract labor 1099 position.
(You are responsible for paying your taxes.)
• Payments are made by a business check weekly.
• Compensation is based on your experience, skills and abilities.
• Having your own tools, ladders, air compressor, nail guns, saws, levels, hand tools is a plus.
• Business hours are Monday thru Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Anything over 40 hours is straight pay.

Requirements:
- Arrive to work on time.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites as there are on average 3 remodels taking place at the same time including handyman service calls.
-Basic or entry level knowledge in the construction field.
- Professional appearance and basic mannerisms as we work in clients homes and we want to make sure that they are comfortable with who is working in their home.
-Willingness to learn the way we do things. This includes precision carpentry, clean and orderly job sites, paying close attention to the details.

In preparation for the arrival of their baby, the new clients requested assistance with hanging various items in the nursery. Mr. Fixer-Upper employed a laser to create a precise line around the room, ensuring that all items were hung at a uniform height of 48 inches from the floor, with the exception of the baby's mobile. This approach resulted in a visually pleasing and well-organized nursery.
