Scrapped the popcorn off the ceilings in living room, entryway, and hallway. Skim coat ceilings with drywall mud, sand down smooth, prime, and painted. Paint drywall walls with satin paint 2 coats, paint all trim, shelves, fireplace, doors, crown, wood paneling, and wainscoting with furniture/cabinet paint 2 coats. Installed new crown in entryway and painted, installed new lights, and cam light eye balls in front of fireplace. Demo, New sheetrock, mud & tape, smooth finish, prime & paint, tile, back splash, fire place mantle, cabinets, 2 exterior doors from the garage to kitchen, trim, crown molding,chair rail, carpet, blinds, curtain rods, counter tops, fixtures, stove, dishwasher, sink, garage disposal, insulation, light fixtures, cam lights, and outlets. Chimney work with new seal plates, framing, cleotex fiber board, siding, soffit, fascia, and paint. The old chimney was rotting all the framing under neath do flashing and trim coming of on the corners.
