Another project wrapped up, and we’re proud of the transformation! 🏡🔨

We were able to take care of a variety of projects throughout the home, including drywall and paint touch-ups, bathroom caulking, towel bar installations, smoke alarm replacements, flooring repairs, door and trim work, and several other finishing touches to help get the home looking its best.

More than anything, we were happy to help bring the homeowner’s vision to life and take some stress off their plate. That’s one of our favorite parts of what we do—helping people in our community take care of their homes and leaving them with a finished product they can feel good about.

And sometimes a job comes with an unexpected bonus… making a new furry friend along the way! 🐶 Jessie made sure to keep us company and supervise the project from start to finish. 😂

There’s nothing worse than looking up and seeing an ugly water-damaged ceiling. Water damage is stressful enough—you shouldn’t have to stare at the reminder every day.

We recently repaired and painted a large ceiling patch for a homeowner, and the results speak for themselves. Once we were finished, you couldn’t even tell there had ever been damage. Everything blended seamlessly, leaving the ceiling looking clean, smooth, and like new.

🚧 Big things are happening at Schulz Brothers Construction! 🚧

The past few weeks have been nothing short of exciting. We’ve been making new connections, building strong relationships, and doors are starting to open that we never imagined this early in our journey.

One of the biggest opportunities so far has been meeting a contractor who is looking to keep our crew and two of our guys busy five days a week. That’s a huge milestone for a young company like ours, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust being placed in us.

But we’re not stopping there.

Our goal has always been bigger than just staying busy. We want to continue growing, building lasting relationships, earning the trust of homeowners and contractors alike, and becoming a company that people are proud to recommend.

It’s hard to believe that just 3 weeks ago we officially started this journey.

Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to quote 10 different projects, and we’re incredibly thankful to share that 4 of those have turned into accepted bids. Every estimate, phone call, message, and recommendation means more to us than you know.

Starting a business from the ground up takes a lot of faith, hard work, and long days—but seeing the support from our family, friends, customers, and community has made it all worth it.

We installed this beautiful elongated hexagon tile, giving the kitchen a modern design while keeping it bright and elegant.
