Hello,
I'm always looking to help or work for others, with that being said, when's the last time you cleaned your gutters?
If a while have you thought of the water damage it could be causing, mold can get through to anything that has constant moisture,
If you have blockage in your gutters then there is a chance this could affect the structure of your home internally and externally,
I'm going around locally and offering cleaning of gutters for $50 minimum and the work scope is to take about an hour or so depending on size of home.
