Have you checked out our new Brilliance Nonstick Bakeware yet? I love how easy they are to bake with and how easy they are to clean!

I've used the 9x13 pan for making scotcharoos (peanut butter rice crispies) and they just came right out of the pan with no issues! If you've ever made ricecrispy treats before you know how sticky of a mess that can be!

Don't forget there is a sale on these items this month so snag yours now!

There are so many great reasons to try pressure cooking but here are 5 of my top reasons!

1. You don’t have to plan meals ahead of time. It happens to everyone: You get to work and realize you forgot to take the meat out of the freezer for dinner, and there’s nothing in the house that’s ready to make instead. Your only options are to stop by a store on your way home or hit the drive-thru. With a pressure cooker, you can cook frozen meat without thawing it, and have a flavorful meal on the table in just a few minutes more than it takes to cook thawed meat.

2. You can make weekend meals with weekday effort. You might dream of making a pot roast on a weeknight, but between work, kids’ activities, and everything else going on, it’s just not an option. With a pressure cooker, you can make a meal featuring pot roast 70 percent faster than you could in the oven or on the stovetop. It’s the fastest way to cook big cuts of meat and still get tender, juicy, delicious results.

3. You’ll save a little money. A pressure cooker helps you save money two ways. First, pressure cookers use far less energy than traditional cooking methods because they cook so quickly. Second, you can use them to cook whole foods like beans, legumes, and stock, so you don’t have to buy more expensive canned or prepared versions at the store.

4. They’re so easy to use that you can spend time doing something other than cooking. Unlike stovetop pressure cookers, you don’t have to adjust electric pressure cookers while they work—just push a button and let it work its magic. To make things even easier, the next generation of pressure cookers is programmed so you don’t have to guess how long to cook chicken, stew, rice, or the other foods you cook all the time.

5. They encourage you to experiment with new foods and flavors. Using a pressure cooker opens up a world of possibilities. These appliances can make anything from your family’s standbys to something totally unexpected and completely delicious like perfect cheesecakes, homemade yogurt, or anything else you can imagine.

I started doing a load of laundry every day years ago and it was the best way for me to not feel overwhelmed or feel like I lost an entire day to folding laundry.

How do you do your laundry? Are you a load-a-day type of person? Do you only do the laundry when you need something? Or do you dedicate an entire day to getting all your laundry done at once?

Like I said yesterday, our Pop & Stir can do so much more than pop popcorn. You can make delicious candied nuts as well! When making the popcorn or nuts you just put your ingredients in and let the machine do the work. There is a rotating arm that moves the nuts or kernels around to ensure they don't get scorched. And clean-up is a breeze! The cooking tray comes right off and can go in the dishwasher!

Have you ever made popcorn or candied nuts fresh at home?

The Story Behind Why I Joined Pampered Chef

Hi! And Welcome to my journey with The Pampered Chef. This is a journey that of course includes fun times with friends, good food and some amazing products that help bring it all together. But this story started with a not so fun time.

On August 25th 2017 it started like any other day. I woke up, drank my coffee, got my 3 kids up and ready for the day, dropped my oldest off at school while my 2 younger children and I went to work for my family’s business. Well just a few hours into the day things took a turn and my crazy courious, into everything, can not turn your back for a SECOND little beauty stuck her finger where it should not have gone and got it cut pretty bad. So bad that we had to rush her to the Emergency Room to make sure it was salvageable. (There was A LOT of blood and screaming none of us around could tell just how bad the cut was.)

So we went to the ER and after finally getting her a nerve block so she would not be in pain anymore the doctors were able to tell that she had cut the tendon that makes the tip of your finger bend and the nerve that ran on the side of the finger. (Like where a pencil would hit if you were writing.) So after 2 surgeries and a nights stay at the hospital we were finally released to go home. After that she had a full arm cast (kids are the worst with casts...) for like 6 weeks, then once that came off we had to do physical therapy and numerous check ins with the surgeon to make sure everything was healing the way it was supposed to.

When something traumatic happens to your child, in the moment, you don’t shop around for the best deal, you don’t worry about the bill. All you worry about is making sure that your child, your precious little cupcake is going to be treated by the best and that they are going to be okay. But then the bill comes...
