One of our earlier projects this year that was caused by a drain backup causing substantial damage to the flooring and subfloor, which another contractor subsequently replaced. Our team stepped in to assist the homeowner, who required our expertise to transform her residence from a construction zone to a livable space. We successfully completed the subfloor finishing in the bathroom, installed tile and vanity, painted the room and master bedroom, and laid waterproof laminate flooring in multiple areas, including three bedrooms, the laundry room, two hallways, bathroom, front entryway, office, and dining room. During the flooring installation, unforeseen plumbing issues arose, necessitating the replacement of shutoff valves that previous contractors had capped without the customer's knowledge. Another project completed before the end of 2025. This closet remodel featured a fresh coat of satin paint in a similar color scheme, replacing the previous flat finish.
