Time for cornbread and greens. Couple of hints for the perfect pairing.

Cooking greens use a white wine instead of water.

Cooking cornbread add a stick of butter to your pan. Heat in oven for 15 mins. Layer thin slices of ham to cover bottom of pan. Then pour batter over ham and bake till done.
