Good remodeling isn’t just about today—it’s about planning for what’s next.

Around a year and half ago, when we remodeled the bathrooms in this house, we set this home up for future flooring upgrades.

Fast forward to now:
Carpet and tile is gone, LVP is in and new 4 1/4” baseboards tie everything together!

And that transition into the bathroom? Seamless—just like it should be.

Removed wall between vanity and shower/toilet room. Raised ceiling to all one height. Cut concrete to relocate/reposition shower and toilet. Rerouted vanity plumbing to move on side wall to fit 60” double vanity.

Removed wall and replaced some subfloor.

Custom tiled shower and pan, tiled shower room floor, rain fall shower head, free standing tub and faucet, laminate plank flooring, baseboard, paint, closet door, shelving and toilet.
