Refreshed this condo unit from green/beige colors to all white. She also wanted a red bathroom so there’s that too. How do you feel about the red?

Tear down of a rotten deck that would just get swamped with needles and sap from the pine tree. Built back up to a more manageable size. The old deck had press board siding all along the railing that just had never been maintained and was falling off. Now it has treated decking, and stained cedar railings.

Refinished deck. Sanded, repaired, and freshly stained. I did contemplate going a little redder with the stain but I just went with the natural tone.

Took out the broken, busted and rotten. Put in the nice new and secure door along with all the trim and wall repairs. Should look pretty ok with some paint.
