Last exterior of the season, unfortunately I forgot to take before pictures. But we replaced the cedar drip edge on the south side of the house and replaced that with proper flashing. Repaired some dry rotted facie and fixed & painted some loose hand railing along some concrete stairs. Great clients were very patient through the process.

Before n after pics of the last project. We had to replace some cedar drip rails on the belly band trim but decided to update it with proper & correct up to code flashing so we could cut out the dry rot instead of having to replace the entire south side of siding saving the client thousands of dollars. Apologies on the order in which pictures were uploaded. I need to do better on that.

5 year old painting job, I'm always amazed when painters think if there is a crack you caulk it. No not always... I never caulk sliding where it breathes and needs movement. It just creates premature failure.

Before & after of our latest restoration repaint. Replaced some siding, striped & stained the deck rails👍 Pictures don't even do this place justice. It turned out amazing and of course our clients were awesome!! We look forward to doing their Interior this winter

This was a challenging project, nice little rambler that was peeling in sheets! Think the biggest piece I pulled off the house was about 16" long & 5" wide, I think we scraped almost 8-10 lbs of paint off this house. Downspouts had no straps & were never mounted after the new roof. Peel bonded & primered twice! Lol we wanted to make sure this is money. I custom cut straps for all the downspouts & secured them. Had to fix a delaminated garage door. All in all the client is happy & so are we. We do even the smallest job as if it's a mansion. Because you deserve the best!!!

This one is getting the inside treatment. We restored the exterior a couple of years ago & now it's time for the interior to get the same love & attention. Great clients!!

So we removed wall paper, a wall of mirrors which had been up for 40+ years. We repaired a wall/post by the fridge. It was demo'd 20 years ago. We put up drywall and fixed the surrounding wall next to the refrigerator. We repaired drywall next to windows, skylights you name it !! We even wrapped the wood beams in stained 1" flat stock to hide the previous sloppy paint lines. Turned out better than expected. We look forward to helping remodel their kitchen in the future 👍

This was a fun little project & a good tune up for the season. It needed our TLC. We were glad to be of service. And of course always fun having a furry supervisor, Maddie she was such a sweet dog. A lot of work & prep went into making this house look this good 😉
