🛠️ What You MUST Know (hands-on):
* Pavers / patios / walkways (hardscaping)
* Retaining walls (base prep, drainage, install)
* Irrigation (repairs + installs)
* Concrete (prep, forming, finishing basics)
* Decks & fencing

⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position.

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading a crew and keeping jobs moving
* Delivering clean, high-quality work
* Managing daily tasks + materials on-site
* Communicating with management when needed
* Keeping job sites safe and organized

✅ What Sets You Apart:
* Crew Lead / Foreman experience
* Can read plans or figure things out in the field
* Shows up ready to work — no babysitting needed
* Valid driver’s license (preferred)
