Here’s another one of Gordon Hot Water furnaces installed with only the best tankless on the planet the AO SMITH ATI 540-H powered by Takagi’s super alloy technology. This house was Split into two levels so a basement unit rented separate from an upstairs unit. Both places connected to one thermostat in the upstairs unit. Needless to say the downstairs renter not to happy with this set up because they have no control over how much heat they get so I installed these Honeywell power open power close dampeners to the I-flow 4 zone hot water furnace and added a thermostat to the downstairs so now they’re completely independent heating systems! Endless hot water and 2 radiant heated forced air heating systems operating on their own thermostats all from 1 Tankless! Amazing!

My latest design! This is the first of 20 systems! A Takagi TH3-DV. Fully modulating blower and burner from 15,000 to 199,000 BTU's!!!
This grand daddy of latest technology packs a punch at your utility bills; using less than 50% gas and 90% less electricity because of a smart water heater, a smart thermostat (Nest 3rd gen.), a smart pump (Grundfos Alpha), and a smart hydronic control system ( Taco X-Pump Block) with VSI (variable speed injection) mixing and Outdoor Reset Technology!
