I'm sorry for the absence, but it's been a productive time away. If you have any work you would like completed and would like an estimate for, please reach out. I am booked right now, but available from December 1 on. Big or small projects before Christmas? I have several references available and I am fully insured.
I just had the awesome privilege to help a family transform their newly purchased house into their home! More pics to come, but they were so excited to move in asap, that many pics were not possible at the time. Here is a list of all I have been busy with since the end of August:
-Removed a large floor to 12 foot ceiling fireplace with a pantry on the back to open up the living space between the living room and kitchen
-Gutted and completely transformed a kitchen: 23 new cabinets, new hardware, including a 4x6 island, farmhouse stainless steel sink, new faucet and RO, rerouted a register to allow for more cabinetry, etc.
-Replaced the demoed pantry by cutting a hole through the dining room wall into the master bathroom and removing the 2 person whirlpool bath tub (unwanted), and framing/insulating/drywalling a new wall to create a new walk in pantry- complete with a barn door.
-Renovated 3 bathrooms- Replaced 3 bathroom vanities (one converted from single to double bowl vanity in the master, all supply lines and shut offs replaced due to age and corrosion, new faucets, a new master walk in shower, replaced all 3 toilets, and new LVP flooring in each.
-Tore out and replaced LVP flooring in all areas of this home with durable, Lifeproof flooring. This includes: Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, 2 entryways, a long hallway, a large basement, a large bedroom, an office, a workout room, and the 3 bathrooms.
-Tore out damaged drywall that was molded from previous water damage before they purchased the home in 4 areas.
***Many thanks to my "muscle" TJ Hahn for helping me lift or carry things I am not able to: gas fireplace insert, holding 42" upper cabinets while I drill, and helping me by carrying in vanities so I don't injure myself.
*All work required to be done by plumbers or electricians was not completed by me. But now I can refer some excellent guys for those jobs. Matt Lamp here in Bellville is a great plumber and Monarch did the countertops. They were wonderful. Dave Cambell did electrical work and he's great to work with.
