Well the cat is out of the bag! TJ and I are purchasing our first investment property. TJ will hire Dress It Up, LLC to complete the renovations. We saw a lot of potential in this property and after we heard its story, we wanted to write a new chapter into this home’s story. As we take on this great responsibility, we would love to have you join us on this journey and will keep you updated along the way.

Enjoy a before and after here 🙂 These homeowners were amazing to work with and were due for a new tub and shower.

Lots of good things have kept me busy the last few months. I hope you update more here soon, because I have a full master bathroom makeover with a new walk in tiled shower in June. ♥️

Here was a quick update this past week. The little kids in the house couldn't turn on the older faucet by themselves to wash their hands. This newer, updated faucet makes it a lot easier. In addition, there was a leaking drain pipe under the sink that was discovered when the drain was replaced, so by updating the sink, we remedied that issue as well.

A little update can make a big difference at a small price. This bathroom is not "done," but is being completed in stages as the owners can afford. A few months ago, the mirror and lights were replaced and a fresh coat of an updated color of paint was added. This week, the countertop, sink, and faucet will be replaced. Stay tuned for updates. :)
