Full Job Description
Cutters Roofing and Construction seeks self-disciplined, motivated individuals to join our exclusive staff. If you are serious about a roofing career, then we want to hear from you! The perfect candidate must be honest and ethical with a “can do” attitude.
Unlike other companies, Cutters Roofing won't leave you stuck in training classes. Our sales representatives start out in the field, learning how to be successful through firsthand experience with our tenured sales managers.
That initial knowledge base is then expanded through a series of training videos and continuing education curriculum, designed to bolster what has already been learned and turn you into the best sales representative possible.
In short, we want you to be successful, and will help you grow to reach your full potential.
Compensation:
* No Commission "Caps" / Unlimited Earning Potential (Average = $1,800 / week)

* Business fully operates on Apple / Mac / iOS devices
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and establish contractual service agreement with potential clientele within East Texas.
* Present and sell Cutters Roofing services to new and existing clientele
* Schedule and conduct follow up appointments with clientele throughout project process
Qualifications:
* Professional sales experience highly preferred
* Positive attitude
* Highly motivated and driven
* Strong negotiation ability
* Deadline and detail orientated
* Physical ability to carry and climb ladder
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $30,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
Experience:
* Sales: 1 year(Preferred)
* Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
* outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
