This is an amazing opportunity for a plant loving landscaper. Our company has been helping Bend's high desert gardens look their best for the past 20 years.
The main responsibility of this position is to provide quality care for our clients and their gardens/landscapes. We are a small company providing quality garden maintenance services on the west side of Bend, April through November. We are not a lawn service.

Sustainable landscape garden services we provide:
*seasonal pruning of small trees, shrubs and perennials
*spring/fall clean ups
*planting/transplanting perennials, annuals, bulbs, shrubs, trees
*weeding
*fertilizing
*natural/organic solutions
*mulching gardens

Required Skills:
*Excellent customer service
*Positive attitude
*Attention to detail
*Desire to learn and grow
*High desert plant knowledge and ability to identify weeds
*Knowledge/Experience working with irrigation systems
*Valid & Clean driver's license
*ability to drive a stick/manual transmission truck
*ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely

2 Years experience in landscape garden maintenance is preferred.

Salary: $18-20 /hour starting wage, depending on experience

Position runs March-November

Willing to train the right candidate with skills and experience in customer service/communication/attention to detail/efficient multi-tasking/plant love

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
