Griffin Property Services added new shingles to the porch eave, and it instantly gave the front of this home a more refined and inviting look. We’re getting close to wrapping up this remodel on this client’s house, but we couldn’t help sharing this easy update that completely refreshed the porch. 🏡

Griffin Property Services just wrapped up installing these brand-new steel stairs, replacing the old worn-out wood ones. Stronger, cleaner, safer, and built to handle anything the PNW throws at them. T West Steel & Design did an excellent job fabricating and powder coating the new steps!
The results really modernized and elevated the entry to this unit.
