This project consisted of:
-Demoing water damaged, flooring, underlayment, and subfloor
-Applying some treatment for the mold
-Installing new subfloor
-Floor underlayment
-Refinished hardwood

Beautiful closet update with lots of shelving and charm

Here is a closet update that helped utilize the space a lot better.
This project consisted of:
-Demoing old shelves and patching holes in walls
-Adding cleats, shelving, rods, and a beautiful trim detail.
-Caulking, spackling, and painting

Here’s a window project I did in August.
This project consisted of:
-demoing, exterior trim and windows
-installing new windows
-using expanding foam, caulk and Vycor tape to seal windows 
-reusing and adding new trim to interior and exterior
-And finishing off the projects by sealing the nail holes and trim with caulking

Here’s a spare room I helped update into a nursery for a baby girl.

Here’s a spare room I updated and converted to a nursery for a couple expecting a little girl!

The project consisted of:
-Painting the entire room, and adding board and batten with wallpaper.
-Painted and adding custom shelving to the closet
