💥 A whole new look 💥

We took this house completely down to its bones and lifted it all the way back up!

Starting off, we shifted the walls around for a bit of a new layout, then laid new flooring all the way through. 🔨
We then finished the basement out for more living space, and added a new sunroom. 🌅
For the outside, it got a new roof, a brick/stone veneer, as well as new windows and doors with lots of natural lighting to enjoy that lake-side view!

Out with the old, in with the new‼️

This was an outdated fisherman’s hideway that we turned into an inviting lakeside cottage. 🏡

We completely ripped the back deck off and rebuilt it, while creating an entertainment space under the new deck. 🍿
Poured a new concrete driveway with brick accents, installed all new windows and front door, as well as added a front entry roof. 🔆
We closed off the old basement storage and finished it out to create a larger living space, then covered the unsightly basement foundation with a beautiful mortar-less stone veneer.
Finally, we covered the hvac ducting with stone to create a faux chimney and added new Board & Batten siding with vinyl shake accents!

Complete exterior remodel on a classic ranch style house, with a large bunk house addition.
🤩ADDITION🤩
We tore the original garage down to the concrete and rebuilt with the upper addition, built custom cantilever bays for the bay windows to open up the space, and added custom built-in bunk beds with hidden storage under them.
🌟EXTERIOR REMODEL🌟
New windows and siding, with tons of added stone. Extended the front porch and added a new timber-frame style roof.

She’s sharp lookin’, ready for all the summer memories waiting to be made! ☀️

From the ground up, a lake side custom home with a 14x40 lake-facing deck sporting a tongue & groove ceiling, and pvc wrapped posts with composite decking. Custom made coffered ceiling built from 1x materials with a custom spiral staircase leading to the beautiful outdoor-accessible lower half! Front door framing was also specially fabricated for the door of choice!
