Dill Pickle Gummy Worms

Ingredients
1 cup dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons gelatin powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
Optional: food coloring

Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the dill pickle juice over medium heat until warm. Stir in the gelatin and sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in citric acid. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring. Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Carefully remove gummy worms from molds and enjoy.

Surimi and Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz pasta
8 oz surimi (imitation crab)
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, surimi, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss gently to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.

English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients
2 English muffins, halved
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
1 avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place English muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each half and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, cook eggs in a nonstick skillet sunny-side up or to your preference. Once the muffins are done, place a cooked egg on each muffin half. Top with avocado slices, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.

Pillsbury Biscuit Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of cheese in the center.
Fold the biscuit around the cheese and seal.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped spinach (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
Layer with spinach if using, then repeat the layers, ending with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Creamy Mushroom Asparagus Chicken Penne

Ingredients
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes until tender. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked penne to the skillet and toss until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Leftover Mashed Potato Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions
In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the potato balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

1 can cinnamon roll dough

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place in the dish. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, cheese, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Bobby Flay Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 oval patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
Add sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Stir in beef broth and return patties to the skillet.
Simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir into the skillet to thicken the sauce.
Serve Salisbury steaks with the onion gravy.

Lemon Berry Slush Punch

Ingredients
4 cups lemonade
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 cups sparkling water
2 cups ice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
In a blender, combine lemonade, mixed berries, and ice. Blend until smooth.
In a large punch bowl, mix the berry mixture with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Cajun Cabbage Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 cup brown rice
1 large onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
4 cups vegetable broth
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery, and sauté until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly wilted. Stir in the brown rice, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, Cajun seasoning, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender. If using, add the cooked chicken and shrimp in the last 5 minutes of cooking to heat through. Serve hot.
