Dill Pickle Gummy Worms
Ingredients
1 cup dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons gelatin powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
Optional: food coloring
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the dill pickle juice over medium heat until warm. Stir in the gelatin and sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in citric acid. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring. Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Carefully remove gummy worms from molds and enjoy.
